Returns & Refunds

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, as our products fall under the category of health & personal care items.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• You receive a damaged or defective product
• You receive a wrong product

To be eligible:

• You must inform us within 12 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear unboxing video proof showing the issue

Without proper proof, refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• ₹299 Partial Payment Advance: The ₹299 advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Change of mind after delivery or shipment
• Product does not meet personal expectations
• Incorrect usage of the product
• Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

4. Partial Payment Policy (₹299 Advance)

• For orders placed with the partial payment option (website or WhatsApp bot), the advance payment of ₹299 is strictly non-refundable.
• This ₹299 deposit confirms your order reservation and covers logistics handling & packaging costs.
• The remaining balance is payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving the package.
• In case of cancellation or refusal to accept delivery, the ₹299 advance will not be refunded.

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases (damaged or wrong product), we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability. The replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order if order not confirmed yet
• Once confirmed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
• For partial payment orders, the ₹299 advance payment remains non-refundable even if cancelled

7. Refund Process

If approved (for eligible prepaid orders):

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
