At Swasthiva Ayurveda, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, as our products fall under the category of health and personal care items.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- You receive a wrong product
To be eligible:
- You must inform us within 12 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear unboxing video proof showing the issue
Without proper proof, refund requests will not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product does not meet personal expectations
- Incorrect usage of the product
- Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
4. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases (damaged or wrong product), we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability. The replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order if order not confirmedyet
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled
6. Refund Process
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
